In the early 80's we anticipated a very turbulent decade coming, and sold "just in time" most of the assets we had developed or purchased earlier, while positioning ourselves for the next wave of real estate investments, i.e. those in distressed properties. We were able to quickly adapt to the new market scenario and we experienced a series of truly successful ventures in markets such as Houston (Texas) and South Florida.

We look forward with confidence to continuing our investment program in the coming years, looking to the future from a position of strength and ready to meet the challenges ahead.
